Presence is a 25-minute guided morning rhythm designed to anchor your day in God before the noise begins.

Rooted in the Daily Office framework, this practice integrates prayer and gratitude, a daily reading from Proverbs, silence, and reflective journaling. Together, these rhythms train your heart to remain attentive to God and aware of your inner world.

Through Scripture, stillness, and reflection, you’ll cultivate the discipline of practicing the presence of God , becoming grounded, clear, and spiritually centered before stepping into leadership, work, and service.

Renewal

Renewal is a 25-minute guided practice designed to cultivate spiritual maturity and emotional freedom.

Rooted in daily Scripture and the framework of the Lord’s Prayer, this rhythm leads you through surrender to God’s will, forgiveness of others, and receiving God’s forgiveness for yourself.

True renewal happens when we release control, soften hardened places, and align our hearts with Heaven.

Through prayer, reflection, and intentional submission, Renewal strengthens your spiritual authority while freeing your heart from resentment, striving, and self-protection.

Embodiment #1

Embodiment is a guided walking meditation designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and spiritual alignment through movement.

This practice may integrate praise and worship, soaking music or Scripture-based meditation, and intentional reflection while walking outdoors whenever possible. As you move through space, motion-generated optic flow helps regulate the brain and calm the nervous system, allowing stored emotion, stress, and tension to soften and release.

We encourage walking outside in nature, but this practice can also be done on a treadmill, walking pad, or stationary bike.

Embodiment #1 trains you to process emotion while moving forward.

Embodiment #2

This prayer-centered mat Pilates practice designed to deepen connection between spirit, soul, and body.

Each session opens in prayer and is guided by worship music or intentional silence, creating a reverent space to listen, strengthen, and align. Through slow, intentional movement, this practice supports physical health with an emphasis on core stability, pelvic floor strength, posture, and embodied awareness.

Embodiment II trains strength without striving and discipline without force — this is not fitness for appearance. It is stewardship for longevity, leadership, and calling.

Embodiment #3

This 25 -minute guided stretch and reset class is designed to undo the effects of sitting and restore alignment.

Each session begins with prayer and gratitude, anchoring your heart before gently guiding you through restorative movements that support posture, mobility, and nervous system health. Specific brain-supportive movements are woven throughout to increase circulation, improve focus, and recalibrate stress responses.

This practice can be done almost anywhere — at home, in the office, or between meetings.

Embodiment #4

This 25-minute nervous system training session designed to build neurological resilience, coordination, and adaptability.

Rooted in a play-based state, this practice integrates brain-body drills using simple props such as tennis balls, lacrosse balls, a mat, and a movement ladder. These exercises challenge visual processing, balance, coordination, and reaction time — strengthening the connection between mind and body.

Each session begins with prayer, anchoring your training in purpose and stewardship.

By training adaptability and expanding neurological capacity, Embodiment IV increases focus, reaction speed, emotional regulation, and performance under pressure.

Because leaders don’t just need strength — they need a regulated, responsive nervous system.

Embodiment #5

Embodiment V is a 25-minute guided breathwork practice designed to align body, mind, and spirit through intentional breathing.

Led by a certified breathwork instructor, each session integrates multiple breathing techniques to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and spiritual presence. Through breath, the body shifts out of stress and into safety — reducing anxiety, improving clarity, and restoring calm.

Breath is one of the most powerful tools God has given us to return to the present moment and reconnect with what is true.

This practice creates space to slow down, listen, and realign — strengthening both physiological resilience and spiritual attentiveness.

Visioneering

Visioneering is our monthly 60-minute practice of prayerful reflection and forward alignment helping you discern where God is leading, assess your true capacity, and move forward with clarity and accountability.

Each month we pause to reflect: What bore fruit? What drained energy? Where is God inviting growth?

Through guided reflection, Scripture anchoring, visioneering filters vision through identity — not ego, urgency, or comparison.

This is not traditional goal-setting, it is spiritually grounded planning.

We focus on three pillars: Discernment, Capacity, and Accountability

Every third month, we extend into a 90-minute deep session to recalibrate vision, strengthen alignment, and establish covenant-level commitments for the new quarter. Visioneering trains you to build with peace, courage, and eternal perspective.

Authority

Authority is a 30-minute monthly speaker series designed to help you step more fully into the authority God has already given you.

Each session features faith-based leaders, wellness practitioners, fitness instructors, and entrepreneurs who steward their spirit, soul, and body with integrity. Through conversation, teaching, and lived testimony, these leaders share how biblical principles shape their leadership, health, business, and daily life.

Authority is not about titles or striving — it is about alignment, obedience, and spiritual maturity.

These sessions are meant to encourage, equip, and activate you to lead from wholeness, clarity, and confidence in God’s design for your life.

Integration

Integration is a 25-minute weekly stillness and reflection practice designed to help you pause, absorb, and integrate what you are living and learning.

Through guided stillness, gentle reflection, and intentional awareness, this practice supports nervous system regulation — allowing the body to shift out of stress and into restoration. In stillness, the nervous system resets, clarity emerges, and insight has space to take root.

Integration helps you move from information to formation, from experience to embodiment.

Legacy

Legacy is our quarterly gathering — a space to integrate, embody, and envision your life with eternity in mind. Offered both online and in person, these retreats combine play, prayer, breakthrough work, and visioneering to help you step into the life you are called to build, not just for today, but for generations.

Rooted in community, Legacy is where spiritual formation meets joyful activation. We create space for deep integration, embodied practices, strategic clarity, and play — because vision expands when the nervous system feels safe and alive.
